Ryan Polimeni
National Trainer
Ryan and his team help people with their federal benefits, estate planning, tax planning, Social Security planning and wealth management needs. As a federal employee benefits expert for over a decade, Ryan has simplified every step of the retirement process. Today, he takes a long-term approach to retirement planning with people from the federal and private sectors.
“What we’ve mastered in the federal space is the ability to take the complexity out of retirement and focus on the long term,” Ryan says. “If you’re 60 years old, I want to look at the tax problem you could have at 74 — because the biggest tax problem you have is not the taxes you’re paying today.”
Ryan uses the Top Rank Retirement Roadmap to discover each client’s needs and goals. He and his team then develop a personalized financial strategy to help clients navigate their way to a rewarding, low-stress retirement. My Fed University’s in-house team of financial professionals, CPAs and tax consultants offer clients all the financial and tax planning resources they need, under one roof.
Born and raised in New England, Ryan is an avid outdoorsman. He likes to fish, hike and play soccer. He also enjoys traveling and eating foods from around the world with his wife, Jasmeen, and young son, Giovanni.
