Ryan has spent over a decade simplifying federal employee retirement planning. As a National Trainer, he educates federal employees on benefits, estate planning, tax strategies, and Social Security. Through My Fed University, Ryan leads training sessions that break down complex retirement topics, helping employees make informed decisions for long-term financial security.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and exploring global cuisine with his family.

Candace Mastropolo
Network Representative
Being a Network Representative, Candace has the privilege of working with and overseeing all client-related activities within our firm. Candace has an extensive background in the financial industry and her knowledge of the financial world makes her a major asset to ensuring all clients of our firm receive a first-class experience. She currently holds a North Carolina life insurance license.
She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a bachelor’s in business administration in 2011 and started her insurance and financial career later that year. Candace currently resides in Garner, North Carolina, with her husband, Dan, and two daughters, Aubrey and Ava. She enjoys working out, volunteering at her church, traveling to the beach and spending time with her family.

Ronald Friddle
Network Representative
Ronald Friddle has been in the financial industry for over 23 years. He lived with his family in Rockville, Maryland for 24 years. He is a retired military officer, and former federal civil servant. He has been working almost exclusively with public employees, conducting transition assistance and in-person retirement seminars at many of the military bases in the Washington, DC and Baltimore metro area for executive level military and civilian federal employees.
He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Naval and Air Force Aviator with 20 years of honorable service.

Matthew J. Walker

Matt joins Top Rank Advisors with a rather unique background as both a social worker and financial services professional. He spent 26 years mediating & evaluating high conflict divorce/child custody cases, and performing financial negotiations in complex divorce matters, before taking an early retirement with the Connecticut Judicial Branch. A 1986 graduate of the University of South Florida, Matt gives credit to his son for his seemingly fast transition to the financial services industry in 2018. It is Matt’s affable nature and consensus building skills combined with his practical approach to finding solutions that have allowed him to help hundreds of clients with their retirement planning and life insurance needs over the past 7 years. A former college athlete and longtime baseball coach, inspiring others to achieve success continues to be what drives Matt in nearly every endeavor in life. As a Retirement Consultant, Matt is committed to helping his clients identify any gaps in their retirement planning, before crafting thorough case designs often focused on preservation and distribution of assets from a foundation of sound tax planning.
Family and faith mean everything to Matt. He and his wife Lisa have been married for 37 years and have resided in East Lyme CT for nearly 30 years. They are the proud parents of 3 adult children as well as grandparents of 5 beautiful grandchildren, who bring them immense purpose and joy. In his spare time Matt enjoys strength training, reading, traveling with his wife, and spending quality time with his children and grandchildren.
